Si impara molto sia a livello tecnico sia a livello di relazione con il management e i clienti. C'è tanta possibilità di contribuire con le proprie idee e di essere intraprendenti. Ambiente giovanile e belle relazioni interne. Si sperimenta molto sia nelle metodologie sia nei progetti che sono molto interessanti.

Cons

Disorganizzazione, mancano i tools e le conoscenze senior. Non c'è un percorso di crescita di carriera come nelle altre aziende. Pochissimo smart working. Assicurazione sanitaria è l'unico benefit.

Cons

The company is moving fast, so some processes are still evolving. However, leadership is aware and actively improving internal structures. If you're adaptable and proactive, this won't be an issue.
