Management team is not professional and lack experience to be good team leaders, they just think management is giving orders to less senior employees. Management lacks transparency, and there are a lot of mistakes. Terrible organisation system and on many occasions, an employee will end up just doing things the last minute because of bad prioritisation of management or more senior team members

The role fluctuates, sometimes you’ll be super busy, but you will have periods of downtime too. Management doesn’t say no to projects so sometimes you may have projects which you know are just taken for the money, when you may not have the resources to take it on well.
