The company’s office in Birmingham has great location in the city center.

Management team is not professional and lack experience to be good team leaders, they just think management is giving orders to less senior employees. Management lacks transparency, and there are a lot of mistakes. Terrible organisation system and on many occasions, an employee will end up just doing things the last minute because of bad prioritisation of management or more senior team members

Nice and communicative team, good office location. Good general benefits.

Some difficult members of public over the phone, late finishes and repetitive.
