The benefits and hours are fantastic, you get to work with incredible people and get involved with people from many industries.
Cons
It's hard to move up the ladder if you are in support staff/administrative positions. Yes, you have priority for positions as an internal candidate, but your initial hiring salary and position will have a huge effect on future salary and positions you'll be considered for.
