- Many institute/dept-wide events targeting postdocs; career development oriented, social, sports... - Vibrant scientific environment (seminars, poster sessions, etc) - Location is pleasant (but expensive), e.g. no vehicle needed
Cons
- Postdoc pay can be a little tight for Boston/Cambridge area; expect to share a flat if not tax advantaged (J1 from certain countries)
