There is some room for advancement for folks on the lower end. Depending on your position, they might allow some life balance. Pay is somewhat fair.

IT seems to not know how to be a bigger company. They have people fly out on a whim to places but then won't have a budget for things that are really needed. Managers seem to love their little fiefdoms and love to waste time with meetings.
