Pros
Having owners who care and are family oriented makes for a great work place. My son was hospitalized due to cystic fibrosis and the amazing co workers took up a collection for us. The owners added to the amount collected to make it a very sizable gift. This was right before Christmas. I was going to have my youngest son and couldn’t afford to be off work for 6 weeks so they allowed me to bring my son to work with me for the first year of his life so that I could be with my son and still have my paycheck. You don’t find employers like this! I’m blessed!
Cons
The cons to this job would be the same cons for any job for me. I spend 8 hours a day at work and miss out on some family time. But I have to work so might as well be for a company that cares about me.
