Great environment, company mindset is nice and they take of the people they work with, of course they do it for their own interest, is not for the love of Christ, but it works and pretty much a lot of people is happy in their role

Good brands and site locations, some good colleagues and talent within the operations teams.

Complete lack of trust and empowerment from owners unfortunately created a very toxic environment where people were scared to make mistakes and unable to perform at their best.
