Every job involves liking what we do. With MLC Europe GmbH we work with customers by phone and email. After a few months in the job my trusted customers knew my name and work became more enjoyable. Price negotiation with international vendors and suppliers is something MLC Europe promotes and now I specialize in International work environments. Internally the staff are multinational, young and mainly expats. Never asked to work weekends

The pay could be better, commission system is a good motivator. More Face to Face meetings with suppliers and customers to build trust.
