Pros

Customer interactions, coworkers treat each other like family

Cons

Management is toxic; used to be awesome but previous manager left a couple years ago and the person they chose to take her place never had any previous management experience and was trained by a Miami manager who treats employees so disrespectfully. The toxicity trickles down from the top.

2 free cruises per year after 6months employment I think it was

Cons

Only few days out of the week at like 5 or 6hrs a day unless fog day which were every now and then. Only 11$/hour

- Overall positive and lax work culture - Get to meet lots of different kinds of people - Can get tips via pushing wheelchairs - Can get a free lunch on a cruise ship - Can get heavy discounts on cruises

Cons

- Management can sometimes be very unorganized - Training is not always through - Can sometimes be forced into overtime - Some positions can be physically demanding - No benefits
