Pros
Great pay and benefits. Also awesome work/life balance. Backend-support systems are well dialed in. Great place to work if you like to be in an office/cube 95%+ of the time. Most work done remotely - MGMT's goal is to do as much remote work as possible.
Cons
Lots of rules and policies. Owner/MGMT will ask opinion only to do what they were going to do in the first place. Owner can be difficult to deal with at times as the owner is under a lot of pressure and appears stressed out a lot of the time. Not a great environment if you are an individual vs follower.
