Pros
Friendly members of staff, interview process was straight forward, one stage interview with competency questions and questions relating to the company - what they do, why I wanted to work for them etc. Good working hours, OK company to work for.
Cons
Possibly more scope for career progression, better training offered where possible such as courses etc as these were not offered. Nice location but outdated office with poor IT systems/software that presented many challenges.
