1) Run by a narcissistic, unethical, unprofessional family by the name of Tardi. 2) Terrible communicators that continuously LIE to be "right." 3) You will NOT receive an (A) employment contract, (B) job description (C) additional basic employment items. 3a) This means they can screw you over at any point - like in severance. 4) Hypocritical: they are constantly speaking poorly of EVERYONE in the company, then the Tardi family does the exact same thing. 5) Liars... did I say that already!? You will be told one thing so they can get what they want, even if that thing solely benefits them and leaves you broken in the dust. 6) They will purposefully not be honest with you about what they want from you, then use that lack of communication against you. 7) Plan to work 80+ hour weeks. 8) Plan on working out in Montauk. 9) Plan on not being reimbursed for normal, work expenses (like travel/gas coverage to Montauk). 10) Plan on being MICRO MANAGED and then attacked for a lack of understand. They have 10 cameras in a <40 seat restaurant. The Tardi family watches the cameras then will call you while on shift and criticize you for decisions you make. 11) FYI, they do not have P&L statements, any Standard Operating Procedures (for any of their operations), nor ANY organizational structure. Therefore, they control you in every aspect bc "they can." Please save yourself from getting screwed over by a very narcissistic, unprofessional Tardi family that have ZERO knowledge in running a basic business. Their only interest is in themselves and will never be in you.
