      Pros

      Great company culture, woman friendly organization. Good benefits and company match for 401k. Plenty of opportunities to move to different areas of the company. Team environment and friendly people.

      Cons

      I would not recommend the centralized scheduling department. Manager expects perfection from the staff. Little positive feedback. Your every move both on and off the phone is monitored. High turnover in this department. Outside of that, I can’t think of any major cons.

      Reasonable benefits and room for growth down the line.

      Cons

      Very corporate which at first they don’t lead you onto during orientation. Strict with clock in and lunch break policies as well. Definitely another healthcare provider that will squeeze in as many patients as possible so they can make $$
