      A very structured and solid company with values and knows what they are. Easy to climb up if you’re looking to grow your career in food service

      Cons

      “Enlightened Capitalism” isn’t a real thing. Burnout is common amongst any company that values profit over people. Great benefits for full time employees.

      Great people to work with and very competitive pay for the similar work in local area as well as tips.

      Recent change in management had created a less enjoyable work environment with profits being put more above customer experience and employee experience
