      Pros

      Free coffee. 1 free pair of headphones. The base salary was good but there was nothing else. No other compensation during my time there.

      Cons

      This quote by Jimmy Iovine about MOG - Daisy in Billboard magazine: MOG “was a failed utility,” Iovine said. The tasks were typically vague 2 or 3 word descriptions. Meetings about tasks were rare but. very confrontational. My work was only reviewed once in the 6 months I worked there. The various directors never spoke to me about my job once I was hired.

      Pros

      MOG is building the world's greatest music service. It's exciting! The culture is so open and playful, everyone's into music, people can be themselves. Hours are reasonable, management cares about employees.

      Cons

      After getting acquired by Beats by dre, there may be some travel required to L.A. New office is in SF, not near BART. But close to caltrain if that works for you.
