People are great to work with - friendly and patient with new starters and juniors.
They encourage learning, cross skilling and knowledge sharing with others.
Office is very nice.
Cons
Confusing and hard to find out how you can progress in your career.

FTSE listed business that seems to be doing ok profit wise.
Cons
Drop the big money workshop the idea is dull, it wasn’t great year one but it’s past the sell by date now.
People team you need to try harder with some fresh ideas, a birthday day or wellbeing day would be more welcome.

Pros
I really loved the team and learned a huge amount from the department head — genuinely strong leadership and mentorship. The team culture was supportive and collaborative, and the office meet-ups were always enjoyable and well run. It’s a place where you can grow quickly and feel part of something.
Cons
The role was advertised and hired under a “work your way” model, but this quickly changed to a forced 3 day office requirement. This lack of flexibility was disappointing and ultimately the only reason I chose to leave, as it didn’t align with what was originally agreed.

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience and for the kind words about the team and leadership. We’re glad you felt supported and were able to grow here.
We do want to clarify one point for anyone reading: our current hybrid approach asks fulltime colleagues to spend two days a week in the office (roughly 40% across a month), not three. Teams set anchor days to make in person time useful, and we keep flexibility for life’s realities and business needs.
We also offer a “work from anywhere” benefit that allows colleagues to spend up to two weeks a year working from a location of their choice, with manager approval.
We appreciate the feedback about clarity and will keep improving how we communicate changes to our model. Thank you again for calling out our culture as a real strength - it’s something we’re proud of and continue to invest in.
