There is no pros other than getting a pay check.

Absolutely the worst place I have ever worked for. 90% of the management are felons or recovering drug addicts. The quality position in plant 4 (chasis) is Absolutely miserable. There is no heat in the building and the overhead doors stay open in the winter. There are no REAL benefits other than standard 401k/insurance stuff. You will pay 100% for boots, safety glasses, uniforms, PPE etc. No safety incentives No attendance incentive. There is no attendance policy or point system. There is also no break room in plant 4. There is no discipline for poor work quality and no recognition for good quality. The pay is very low. 50% or more of employees are illegal immigrants. I knew of people that would leave for Mexico on vacation and come back with a new 1st and last name. 🤔.
