The IQAC department creates significant difficulties for faculty members by frequently assigning unnecessary and excessive work, which adversely affects mental well-being. The primary focus appears to be solely on achieving NAAC accreditation, often without considering the workload or stress imposed on teachers.
Due to these practices, faculty members experience constant pressure and frustration. In addition, salary payments are delayed for up to three months, which restricts teachers from resigning mid-semester. As a result, staff members are effectively forced to continue until the end of the semester.
Furthermore, the behavior of some Heads of Departments and Directors is unprofessional and discourteous, contributing to an unhealthy and stressful work environment.
