Would Not Recommend - Recruiter MPLT Healthcare Employee Review

Training was 3 weeks, great trainers on a personal level, but found many distractions during training, conversations being sidetracked. The focus was mostly on the process of recruitment within this specific industry, but no actual sales skills were taught to succeed. Management plays favorites and does not actually care to see you do well. EXTREMELY high turnover rate. Training classes are coming in with 15-20 new employees every 6 months and within those training classes, maybe 4-5 employees will make it to a year with the company. 90% of which are being terminated for not meeting the impossible standards set in place, the other 10% leaving on their own.
