Bad Pay for Women - Manager MRI-Simmons Employee Review

Was a great company to work for , management and training were always on point , work life balance was very doable.

It was bought out by Nielsen and then staff were let go.

They recently merged with Nielsen IQ. The advantages are better benefits and job opportunities.

Since starting with MRI-Simmons in 2021, I've been in the same position with little to no trajectory toward growth. Another huge negative is that they make it mandatory to respond even for days off. You're left feeling overworked. I hope the NIQ merger will change things for the better.
