Pros
I've never felt pressure at this job, which could be a good thing for some, it definitely was for me for a while until I started getting bored at the job. Your colleagues are the sweetest and kindest people. Some people are set in their own ways and won't seek you out, or help you out while there were others that were always ready to jump in, help out and encourage you. Lots of flexibility during COVID times, and HR/Culture stepped up their game during these trying times. I loved seeing that transition.
Cons
I joined MRI Simmons in 2019 and worked there for about two years. During that time, I had a few different Managers and that would be the biggest point I bring up here. The leadership at this company isn't the best. Lack of direction, no promotions or raises (even after being promised), and a lack of training and/ or guidance was quite frustrating. For someone fresh out of college, I was pretty happy to just have a job, but after two years, I wasn't happy to stick around because that's what it felt like - just a job. Lack of culture and feeling of belonging. I managed to make a few friends, but never quite felt welcomed here. I felt like an outsider because a lot of folks had been working there for 20+ years, and had their own set of friends and groups. I was also being underpaid compared to the market, and didn't get a raise or a promotion despite working hard.
