Pros

Wonderful culture and support through employee resource groups. Active involvement and guidance from leadership at all levels. Many colleagues have become friends. Encouraged to bring your whole self to work no matter how strange or kooky one is. Professionalism and camaraderie has grown exponentially now that leadership has taken bad apples to task. The benefits seem to be decent but can't say for sure as I declined to use them.

Cons

Received only 2 bonuses and only 1 nominal raise throughout my tenure. Rising cost of living and caregiving has far exceeded my salary, putting me into debt. It's getting to be too expensive to remain with the organization. Putting in extra work, taking on extra projects, then asking for a higher when successful doesn't equate to a change in pay structure.

Pros

My current role gave me the opportunity to work across an unusually broad range of teams and functions, including Product, Finance, Legal, Engineering, RevOps, and executive leadership. I’ve really enjoyed being able to improve operational clarity at scale, building processes, governance structures, reporting workflows, and SOP frameworks that made complex environments more manageable and transparent

Cons

Like many large organizations, some workflows were held together by a mix of legacy processes, institutional knowledge, and determination. Priorities could shift quickly, and documentation/governance sometimes lagged behind operational reality. On the upside, it created a lot of opportunity for people who enjoy building structure, improving clarity, and solving operational problems
