I would strongly advise anyone to stay well clear of MRI Software.
From my experience, the internal culture is extremely toxic and employees are treated very poorly. There is a clear lack of respect for staff, with heavy micromanagement and an environment that feels more about control than support or growth. It’s not a place where people are valued, and it shows.
Unfortunately, that same attitude seems to spill over into how customers are treated. The service provided does not live up to what is promised, and there’s a real sense that customers are being overcharged for something that simply doesn’t deliver. Expectations are set high, but the actual experience falls far short.
I also found the culture deeply uncomfortable at times, with behaviour that raised serious concerns around fairness and inclusivity.
Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone - whether you’re considering working there or using their services. There are far better options out there.
