Pros

There were none. MRI acquired two great UK companies and didn’t actually care about any of the employees. The amount of incredibly talented individuals they let go is embarrassing, whilst retaining managers that have stagnated for years.

Cons

Culture, management, pay. It is a company rife with delusions of grandeur and completely lacking in humanity. All employees from acquired companies should leave ASAP - MRI doesn’t value your skills and only wanted to add the software to their platform, they will get rid of you as soon as they can.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. MRI has successfully acquired 14 companies over the last 7 years. Each acquisition is carefully chosen because MRI has great interest in both the product, the clients, and especially the employees of the acquired organizations. MRI truly believes that behind any successful organization, there are many loyal and brilliant employees. Any time two business combine, there are some overlaps and; unfortunately, they do sometimes result in redundancies. We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience. We will keep your feedback in mind as we continue to grow.

Pros

My current role gave me the opportunity to work across an unusually broad range of teams and functions, including Product, Finance, Legal, Engineering, RevOps, and executive leadership. I’ve really enjoyed being able to improve operational clarity at scale, building processes, governance structures, reporting workflows, and SOP frameworks that made complex environments more manageable and transparent

Cons

Like many large organizations, some workflows were held together by a mix of legacy processes, institutional knowledge, and determination. Priorities could shift quickly, and documentation/governance sometimes lagged behind operational reality. On the upside, it created a lot of opportunity for people who enjoy building structure, improving clarity, and solving operational problems
