Weekly paycheck, Opportunities for overtime, depending on which shop you work in. Possibility of quarterly production bonus of up to $1000 ($600-650 after taxes). Interesting and generally pleasant people working the floor.
Cons
Limited promotion opportunities, based on the number of different areas worked on at MRL, not job skill or knowledge. Substandard training. Never time to do it right: MRL means "make right later". "Good old boy" system protects a few abusive 'legacy' managers who throw temper tantrums and slam tools.
