Pros

Some great, friendly people work there. The business can be fun at times.

Cons

I'm sure the owners worked hard to build MRN--today, however, they just seem completely disconnected from what it's like to work there. They no longer invest to keep their business competitive. Wages are below market--and this is by design. Managers are expected to take up the slack, work long, often unpredictable hours, many of which are spent filling in for staff who have called off or quit. There's little effective effort to sustain consistent quality, resulting in online reviews that range from positive to horrendous. Some employees wonder out loud if their particular business will close.

Pros

The dynamic of this small, privately owned company, can feel familial.

Cons

Inconsistency in Direction from Departmental Directors Lowest Pay in the Cleveland Market- Starting Managers are offered $32,000-$34,000 = $10-11/per hour, considering you are required to work a minimum of 50 hours Managers are required to work a MINIMUM of 50+ hour weeks, but are only compensated on a 40 hour work week. No Benefits Work schedule is inconsistent week to week, you could work 5 different 10 hours shifts each every week. 4 pm-4 am on Saturday, then Noon-10 pm on Sunday, followed by 9-7 pm on Monday Schedules for managers are completed and modified week to week, so you never really know what shifts you are working, up to one week out. 0 Work Life Balance - you are required to attend weekly meetings, even if they are scheduled on your day off. Meetings can run 1-3 hours, without much accomplishment.
