Pros

Some of your coworkers will be fantastic people. The new CTO appears to be a decent person.

Cons

No support for diversity, poor salary, malignant corporate culture, no accountability for projects or work being completed, backstabbing at the first hint of problems, no clear direction for projects, emails go months without being answered, no one will make a decision and be responsible for the outcome if there's any way it could fail or be hard to implement, no work-life balance, small raises if you get them at all, few opportunities for promotion, gaslighting is how several members of management communicate with subordinates, workplace sabotage by neglect or disengagement is common, managers do not show up to hiring interviews, hugely bloated support versus technical staff, and Agile in name only.

Pros

Flexible and somewhat easy job description.

Cons

Pay is terrible, be prepared to have a roomate or be just the insurance provider in your relationship. Unrealistic standards for time management. You're expected to essentially never have issues with requests even though the company is and should be attempting to be careful to keep in accordance with HIPAA. If you need help, supervisors are almost always busy. Whether it's meetings all day, everyday, or honestly.. I'm not sure what else keeps them so unavailable. Even phone calls that are taken by the call center are timed and rushed, if you don't take enough calls you get reprimanded, and again, God forbid you need help with a call and now your caller is on hold for who knows how long, which is even worse honestly. Your personal life doesn't matter at all to these people either. They shout-out birthdays and big events, but only for those that are in the inner circle of supervisors etc. The management has a problem with talking about employees on their teams app. Some employees get excused for their own personal issues while others get threatened for unavoidable life events that are out of your control.
