Pros
1. Good company as in lot of opportunities for learning in case interested. 2. More space for self learning, field opportunities 3. Food + transit facility - decent compared to other company
Cons
1. No proper management ,no growth opportunities 2. Heavy politics - so no rules(or) process are in place and all rules (or) policy are subject to vary based on your influential capability always . 3. Taking leaves are considered as sin in the organisation. 4. Difficult to work for more than 1 year.
