I have been working for MS Companies located in Lincoln, Alabama and we have yet to get a raise. Give raises when they are due like other companies. Hard working employees that are loyal and have been with the company deserve a raise. Show your employees some appreciation for their hard work and loyalty!!!!
Cons
No pay raises...ever!!! Pay raises are non existent and they wonder why they can't keep people. If workers are loyal, show them a little appreciation by giving pay raises as needed!
