Some very good employees. Good technology. Reasonable beneifts.

Poor senior management. Poor employee retention

Decent remuneration and benefits.

Biased management. Lack of integrity. Unsafe workplace. Completely unprofessional. harassment problems and hostile work environment. Derogatory comments from managers to employees or about employees. Lack of vision, lack of employee empowerment and lack of trust for employees. Constant revolving door of German ex-pats in roles easily filled by Americans. No emphasis on employee improvement, training or otherwise. Broken processes with lots of finger pointing and blame game.
