Pros

Nothing as such to mention

Cons

- Favouritism is at its peek. On floor they have 2-3 people in MSBC. They trust them and only listen to them. Also, they are the reason why each project delivery quality is not upto the market standard - People who raise it, they get isolated by management. - HR is nice person but she is just a puppet. Anybody from the higher authority decides that I want to fire this person and nobody even asks why. - Every Friday it’s a LayOff Friday - There’s no culture. - Management is not aligned internally at all. - They dont think about developers. - People don't believe in asking questions to client, just build build build on assumptions. - Everybody is scared but management has no guts to come on floor and say Yes we have process issue and we are working on it - They dont believe in requirement gathering process. - First figma gets created and then document gets created. So UI/UX designer is Project Owner and nobody has problem with it even after poor quality project delivery. - The environment is toxic. - the IT head watches everybody 24/7 and observes behaviour of all. But on Yoga day, he was the only one who stood behind Yoga lady and enjoyed that view. - They use outdated MS365 on name of security. - For a single day emergency wfh, you have to request at least 3 days prior. - People get fired because they connected wifi and joined teams on mobile. What is that? Ask your IT team questions regarding this basic IT checks. There’s so many things we as an employee feel here but it’s a sad reality that nobody is asked on floor about the real problem

Pros

Good place to grow if you are in QA or automation. I got strong hands-on experience working on real-time projects and automation frameworks. The team members are helpful and knowledge sharing happens regularly. Management is approachable at the team level, and there is decent flexibility in work timings when deadlines are planned properly. Exposure to different tools and technologies helped me improve both technically and professionally. Work culture in the project teams is generally friendly and collaborative rather than overly political.

Cons

At times, project planning is not perfect, which leads to last-minute pressure. Although they have started putting everything at its place.

Thank you for the detailed feedback. It’s great to hear the learning opportunities, team support, and collaborative culture are making a positive impact. The point on project planning is well noted, and I suggest this is brought up with your line manager to work together to improve this. Appreciate the input and wishing you continued success with the team.

Thank you for the feedback. The policies in place are intended to maintain focus, productivity, and data security, and are kept under regular review. We have introduced a Mobile Phone policy in the workplace recently too. Wishing you all the best in your future endeavours.
