I worked for MSI in the West Des Moines office as it grew from 8 employees to 50. Loved it at the start! Fast paced environment where employees were well taken care of.
Cons
Got stuck in the "growing pains" cycle. Too much push push. Low employee engagement. Poor benefits and compensation.
