-Has health card -Sales share of incentive for technical - Technical exams can be taken and shouldered hy the company -Technical Career growth - Lenient Managers for technical people - Team buildings are great
Cons
- HR is pro-owner not pro-employee - Not-so-corporate environment for sales people - Mismanaged workloads. Some of the workloads of sales are done by technicals - Salary is a bit low - Training bond is questionable as it does not decrease with time - Late or delayed issuing of incentives - no proper advise on late release of checks and cash advance
