Pros
You will learn a ton and it's hands on if you choose to do so. Budget seems to be non-existent when getting parts or services when a project is needing completion. Really cool automation projects going on.
Cons
Some people get by with lying through their teeth. Management acts like children at times. Maturity of co-workers is definitely lacking. Professionalism isn't in their vocabulary.
