      Most people were helpful with each other and most got along with each other. The environment was mainly laid back at the warehouse but when at the job site it was all hands on deck.

      Cons

      No overtime, no schedule flexibility, no way to makeup missed time.

      Too many bosses not enough employees. Not much room to grow. On call on random.

      Flexible management Cool fun work Work as much as you can when there is work to be had.

      Cons

      When there are no shows there is no work, it can leave you high & dry. Lazy co-workers make tough jobs tougher Difficult to advance despite hard work & networking
