Pros
MSM Tech's mission was very clear from the start of my career there. Managements put their trust in people to make quick decisions and guidance was readily available. Opportunity for junior roles to take lead on projects. Colleagues came from various types of background and all strived for success. Culture of company definitely made me feel like I was working with long time friends instead of just co-workers. A team member and I were able to accomplish a task that would have taken a team of 4 to complete. Management wouldn't push you unless they knew what you were capable of. A small company building up potential leaders.
Cons
limited resources when working in customer's site. Although we were able to complete the task and satisfy metrics, it could have been easier. Better planning in logistics to make sure we have adequate resources.
