      If you are liked, you are booked regularly.

      Cons

      Bookings sometimes feel very tied to who is in power in Congress and the White House. More women booked when HRC was running for president and fewer after. More minorities were booked when President Obama was running and in office; fewer after President Trump was elected.

      There are some incredibly smart and dynamic people you can learn from here. The company still has prestige.

      Very top-heavy. Leadership doesn't seem to value good work. People fail up.
