      Freedom to work / sell in the way that works best for you, fun products to sell, great people and company culture

      Cons

      Covid reduced people's desire to engage in person and so many of the events that are the lifeblood of this industry don't happen anymore. Also the product is just a commodity - tough to add value when selling.
