Pros
Pays on time, no problem with that
Cons
First of all I have to say that this review does not apply to all the employees
If they offer you a job for the Alimos Offices, think twice before you accept the job, if you value your personal mental and physical health.
"Burden the new guy/new girl as much as you can" mentality, I have actually heard them say it. No help, no training, just dive in deep waters
Be very careful what you sign, because they might try to sneakily burden you with things that are not your responsibility, or they did not mention in the interviews
When you find errors (and you will...) and try to say it, you become the "bad person"
Rude, entitled and sneaky people, especially the managers
No collaboration and absolutely no procedures. You will be in a conflict with others, just by trying to do your job, or trying to obtain some info in order to do your job properly
Technical anaphalbetism
Document everything, or you will get in trouble, and you will question your own sanity
People keep quitting because it is a very toxic place to work.
Do not be fooled by any smiles and "good behavior" in the beggining, it is a trap
If you say something, or make a complain, it "travels" in seconds, and everybody knows it.
