At MTI Connect I'm surrounded by fun, intelligent people who strive to go above-and-beyond for our customers. The culture is the primary reason I returned to MTI...yes, returned. We have a great time, yet we are constantly learning and growing and striving to create a great experience for our customers.

Casual environment, workers looking out for each other

They let some of the best workers go for no reason and then hire on more desk job people who don't do any work. At least these people are better off now that they aren't with your business anymore. They talk big like they are the best in their field but are really suffering and everyone just ignores the signs. Offices area allow dogs just so the chief officer can bring his around. They are so careful about us on the floor not wasting time, but inside the office there is plenty of waste.
