Pros
The founders, the top management, and many of the employees/teams make this company incredible to work for. The benefits are extremely generous and the company goes above and beyond to take care of people. No management decisions are made without first opening a discussion with all employees.
Cons
The company likes to keep things lean in certain areas so there are managers with a large number of direct reports. Those managers may also have a dedicated job on top of being a manager of people. This can lead to an inattention to details. In instances where an employee doesn't see eye-to-eye with the manager, it can lead to the employee feeling hopeless.
