Pros
- We own our work (employee owners!), so everyone has a major influence and impact - Leadership and coworkers truly care about employees, their families, and the customer needs - There is a lot of integrity across the board; people tend to do what is right, even if it means less benefit to themselves - The work itself is really engaging, and the coworkers are hardworking yet still fun - People are very professional, build each other up, and take care of each other - Management has handled many adverse situations (e.g., COVID) well over the years - Great benefits!!!
Cons
- There isn't really anything substantial (there are always outliers, but those are usually resolved quickly).
