Pros
It is difficult to name many positives at this stage. Some individuals at the lower levels try to make the best of a very difficult and tense working environment.
Cons
Declining Trajectory & Out-of-Touch Leadership: The business has been on a consistent downward trend since 2022. The organizational structure is entirely top-heavy, filled with senior staff who lack external industry experience and do not understand modern best practices. There are no clear business priorities, and leadership is woefully behind the times (e.g., treating basic email newsletters as a groundbreaking strategy a decade late). Micromanagement & Bureaucracy: Day-to-day operations run incredibly slowly due to an insane amount of red tape. The people management style is completely outdated and relies heavily on micromanagement rather than empowering employees. Hostile Work Environment: The office culture is cliquey and unprofessional. Staff are constantly on edge, which leads to frequent infighting, disagreements, and rude behavior across teams. It's also common to see senior staff throw one another under the bus to save their own skin. Poor Compensation & Working Conditions: Pay is below market rate, performance and pay reviews are poorly handled, and employee benefits are essentially non-existent. It's common to see well-skilled and talented staff overlooked in favour of "yes men". On top of this, the physical office is dirty, with the majority of the workspace closed off as a blatant cost-cutting measure.
