Pros
-Most of company is very technical and can help you with tech issues -Free in house food bi-weekly -Possible to work from home, however management requires working in the building if possible
Cons
-Very low pay -Yearly raises, however these are usually less than a dollar each -Terrible communication throughout the company -Management does not listen to any employee feedback -Company policies change weekly, often times without warning -Management often looks for cheap ways to get around technical issues and will drag their feet about coming to any permanent solutions if it costs more to take care of -All tools are cheap 3rd party tools that could easily be replaced with more efficient in-house solutions -Often forced overtime, often not compensated correctly for this -Tech workers are often so busy they cannot take lunches until after the legal limit -Management refuses to hire any additional techs due to budget, despite everyone being overworked already -Management is often lazy and refuses to help out when swamped -Blame for any issues is constantly thrown between departments rather than dealing with the issue
