Pros
I’ve been here for about a year and it’s honestly been a good place to work. The pace is quick, but I like that my feedback actually goes somewhere. I’ve been asked to train other new employees and managers take my feedback about the process, which makes you feel like you’re not just a body in a chair. The team energy is good, and people jump in when things get heavy instead of watching you struggle.
Cons
New processes roll out often, so you have to stay flexible.
