thank you for your time to write this detailed report about your experiences at the MYTOYS GROUP.
We are very sorry to hear that there are some things you were not so happy with.
Colleagues who bring in new and constructive ideas or suggestions for improvement are always more than welcome at the MYTOYS GROUP. An important point in our corporate culture is: "arguments have right of way".
We also want to clarify that we don´t have a finger pointing attitude. Our culture of errors and organizational learning is very established– so that colleagues in general don’t need to be afraid to admit to a mistake. It's a pity that you experienced those two points differently.
