No cons unless the individual looking for a job considers days off as the best part of the work--you have to be into what you do or you shouldn't work at MZB.

This company has gone down hill in recent years. Most think the doors will close within a years time. Some try to make changes, but at the end of the day most are misguided and do nothing to help the business. Some "Top" people have very high salaries and continue to get raises even though no one else in the company does. They don't even have basic supplies readily available like water, paper towel, cups and other standard items. The physical surrounding are dirty and disgusting. Filthy refrigerators, gross bathrooms, kitchens that will make you loose your appetite. Meetings that last for hours, but nothing is accomplished or decided. Bad reputation through the industry for inferior product and terrible management of business. no 401k matching, very very expensive medical, no bonuses, no raises for years. Must have a very thick skin to handle the berating, insults and accusations that are constantly thrown at you. Those are just a few of the things that can be written about without getting into the really bad issues.
