- Leadership has an orthodox approach to employees as if the salaries are paid as a favor and not in exchange for the hard work you put in. - Leadership will not value your work but how much flattery you use towards local management. - Insane level of Political grouping. - Will reward tiny minority of favorite employees with good salaries and leaves but keep others on low salaries and become problematic with leaves. - Increments don't reflect the work you put in but how much politically aligned you are with the management.
