Pros
The people working there were always good to me and helpful, especially as someone without a background in Printing.
Cons
The industry itself is very slow, developing one product in my 5 years of employment. Flexographic printing also isn't the most interesting line of work, so slow development in printing can lead to many unfulfilling days.
